Associate Pastor
The Associate Pastor is a full-time leadership position working directly under and alongside the Lead Pastor as his key strategic partner. At LCAE, we foster a collaborative team environment that seeks to align each individual’s unique gifts, talents, and passions with the ministry’s needs. The specific responsibilities of the Associate Pastor will be shaped by their particular strengths and abilities.
The ideal candidate (or couple) will be instrumental in nurturing and advancing LCAE’s vision and culture, both present and future, as we grow and adapt to fulfill God’s calling for our church.
